Dashboard Guide
The Boxy dashboard gives you a clear overview of your website traffic. Here's what each section shows.
Overview Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four key metrics:
- Visitors — unique visitors in the selected time range
- Page Views — total pages viewed
- Bounce Rate — percentage of single-page sessions
- Avg. Session Duration — average time spent on your site
Time Range Selector
Use the time range selector to filter data by:
- Today — real-time data for the current day
- 7 days — the last week
- 30 days — the last month
- Custom — pick a specific date range
All charts and metrics update to reflect the selected range.
Visitors Over Time
A line chart showing visitor trends over the selected period. Hover over any data point to see the exact count for that day.
Top Pages
A table of your most visited pages, showing:
- Page — the URL path
- Views — total page views
- Visitors — unique visitors to that page
Top Referrers
Where your traffic comes from:
- Source — the referring website or "Direct / None" for direct visits
- Visitors — how many visitors came from that source
Geography
A breakdown of visitors by country, showing the country name and visitor count.
Devices
A percentage breakdown of visitors by device type: Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet.
Browsers
The top browsers your visitors use, shown as a percentage breakdown.
Custom Events
If you've set up custom event tracking, this section shows all tracked events with their counts for the selected time range.
Public Sharing
You can share your dashboard publicly:
- Go to Site Settings
- Toggle Enable public sharing
- Copy the generated share link
Anyone with the link can view your analytics without needing an account. You can disable sharing at any time.
